Don't forget the mirror propagation times. Sometimes it takes much
more than 48 hours for new packages to appear on a mirror.

Sorry. I didn't realize that propagation to the mirrors could take so long.

I thought that Packaging seemed more appropriate than EPEL, but I'll hit
the EPEL list, if there's a next time.
