Use crypt_r in pam_userdb and for pam_chauthtok() in pam_unix

Hello,

the attached patch replaces call to crypt() with crypt_r() in pam_userdb
and for pam_chauthtok() call in pam_unix.

The patch is inspired by the
https://fedorahosted.org/linux-pam/ticket/44 patch, which does not apply
because it was created against an old Linux-PAM release.
