+- Fix missing provides issue on perl(setup)
+
Providing 'perl(setup)' means any Perl code do "use setup;" to load
'setup'-named Perl module. This is not true because fusioninventory-agent puts
the setup.pm into a private location.
You have to remove the dependency on "perl(setup)".

Summary: perl-threads-lite keeps hanging during self checks
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=719874
Summary: perl-threads-lite keeps hanging during self checks
Product: Fedora
Version: rawhide
Platform: powerpc
OS/Version: Unspecified
Status: NEW
Severity: unspecified
Priority: unspecified
Component: perl-threads-lite
AssignedTo: ppisar(a)redhat.com
ReportedBy: karsten(a)redhat.com
QAContact: extras-qa(a)fedoraproject.org
CC: fedora-perl-devel-list(a)redhat.com,
mmaslano(a)redhat.com, ppisar(a)redhat.com,
psabata(a)redhat.com
Blocks: 718269
Classification: Fedora
Story Points: ---
Description of problem:
During a mass rebuild on PPC and PPC64, perl-threads-lite-0.031-2.fc16 gets
stuck while doing self checks on ppc. ppc64 completed the build just fine.
I have to either cancel the job or wait until mock gets a timeout.
Here's where it is hanging:
# Testing threads::lite 0.031, Perl 5.012003, /usr/bin/perl
t/00-load.t ....... ok
t/10-basics.t .....
Failed 5/6 subtests
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
perl-threads-lite-0.031-2.fc16
Actual results:
http://ppc.koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=249482
Note how ppc64 completed the build within 2 minutes and ppc was still working
on it after more than 9 hours when I've canceled the job.

External Bug ID: CPAN 122958
perl-XML-LibXML-2.0129-7.fc28 fails to build in F28 because tests fail:
t/31xpc_functions.t ................................ ok
# Failed test ' TODO : Add test name'
# at t/32xpc_variables.t line 114.
# Looks like you failed 1 test of 35.
t/32xpc_variables.t ................................
Dubious, test returned 1 (wstat 256, 0x100)
Failed 1/35 subtests
[...]
t/48_memleak_rt_83744.t ............................ ok
# Failed test 'xml_reader is undef'
# at t/48_reader_undef_warning_on_empty_str_rt106830.t line 33.
# Looks like you failed 1 test of 2.
t/48_reader_undef_warning_on_empty_str_rt106830.t ..
Dubious, test returned 1 (wstat 256, 0x100)
Failed 1/2 subtests
This is caused by upgrading libxml2-devel from 2.9.4-5.fc28 to
2.9.5-1.fc28.
The 2.9.5 was pushed to Fedora ≥ 27.

[Bug 1532539] New: [PATCH] Invalid definitions in macros.perl

Created attachment 1378922

Remove invalid macro definitions
There are invalid definitions in perl.macros file:
%global __perl_provides /usr/lib/rpm/perl.prov
%global __perl_requires /usr/lib/rpm/perl.req
In the macro file context, that means it's trying to define two macros named
"global". Fortunately rpm doesn't let it override the builtin %global
directive... This has been hiding in there for a better part of a decade but
upstream rpm now warns about it:
error: Macro %global is a built-in (%define)
error: Macro %global is a built-in (%define)
warning: file /usr/lib/rpm/macros.d/macros.perl: 2 invalid macro definitions
Attached patch fixes it. Oh and don't as for a PR, I do not get along with
Pagure.

[Bug 1540220] New: perl-Gearman-Client-Async-0.94-28.fc28 FTBFS:

by bugzilla@redhat.com

Bug ID: 1540220
Summary: perl-Gearman-Client-Async-0.94-28.fc28 FTBFS: Timeout,

perl-Gearman-Client-Async-0.94-28.fc28 fails to build in F28 because a test
fails:
+ make test
PERL_DL_NONLAZY=1 "/usr/bin/perl" "-MExtUtils::Command::MM" "-MTest::Harness"
"-e" "undef *Test::Harness::Switches; test_harness(0, 'blib/lib', 'blib/arch')"
t/*.t
provided value is not a blessed object at
/usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/Gearman/Util.pm line 120.
Timeout, test fails at t/allinone.t line 62.
# Looks like your test exited with 255 before it could output anything.
t/allinone.t ......
Dubious, test returned 255 (wstat 65280, 0xff00)
Failed 2/2 subtests
A difference between passing and failing build root is at
<https://apps.fedoraproject.org/koschei/build/3969502>. This could be caused by
upgrading perl-Gearman.
