Description of problem:
Bad OpenSSL library detection via Crypt::OpenSSL::Guess in Makefile.PL
Main issue is missing openssl tool which is required for guess
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
perl-Crypt-OpenSSL-PKCS10-0.19-1.fc37
perl-Crypt-OpenSSL-PKCS10-0.19-1.fc36
How reproducible:
Build package and look to build.log
Actual results:
