A difference between passing and failing build root is at
<https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/build/22138005>. An upgrade of
perl-ExtUtils-ParseXS from 1:3.60-1.fc44 to 1:3.61-1.fc44 is suspicious.

Summary: URI::ws included in perl-URI since version 5.34

libwww-perl/URI/issues/158
Classification: Fedora
Bug #2411728 has been raised about perl-URI conflicting with perl-URI-ws.
It seems that URI::ws functionality was included in URI 5.34 without awareness
of the existence of the existing URI-ws distribution.
The resolution upstream seems to be that URI::ws will continue as part of the
URI distribution (see https://github.com/libwww-perl/URI/issues/158) The page
https://metacpan.org/dist/URI-ws no longer exists.
So, unless you have any objections, I think that perl-URI should obsolete
perl-URI-ws and the latter should be retired.
Thoughts?
