Description of problem:
cpan2rpm deals badly with letters in version numbers. This makes, for instance,
cpan2rpm SOAP::Lite to think that 0.60a is the latest version, instead of 0.69.

cpan2rpm-2.028-2.fc6
How reproducible:
Allways.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install cpan2rpm
2. cpan2rpm SOAP::Lite
3. Check the version of the generated RPM
Actual results:
A RPM from SOAP::Lite 0.60a is generated.
Expected results:
A RPM from SOAP::Lite 0.69 generated.
