I cannot reproduce the bug with these versions:

amavisd-new-2.8.0-8.el6.noarch
selinux-policy-3.7.19-231.el6_5.3.noarch
selinux-policy-targeted-3.7.19-231.el6_5.3.noarch

# semodule -l | grep amavis
# semodule -l | grep virus
antivirus     1.0.0

I don't have any SELinux module called localamavisd, is it a custom module?
