Soapbox answer: I would expect moving all Test:: modules to *-devel to
be safe, but details need to be looked into before.
A quick check (rpm -q --whatrequires) seems to indicate that all base
Test::'s but Test::Builder probably will be non-problematic.
Or should we just put all of Test:: in base for now?
Can't we gradually move them?
ATM, IMO, getting "perl-modules" buildable again and obtaining clarity
on how to continue with perl-devel in FC7 should have highest priority.
Moving Test:: and further candidates can wait.
