perl modules that we maintain over there will require the latest version
of the above modules)."

This version is already available as an update in FC5, and there have been no
complaints.

perl-DBD-MySQL-3.0007-1.fc5 has been pushed for fc5, which should resolve this issue.  If these problems are still present in this version, then please make note of it in this bug report.

perl-DBD-MySQL-3.0007-1.fc5 has been pushed for fc5, which should resolve this issue.  If these problems are still present in this version, then please make note of it in this bug report.
