perl-Astro-FITS-CFITSIO failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f42

Please fix perl-Astro-FITS-CFITSIO at your earliest convenience and set the
bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
perl-Astro-FITS-CFITSIO will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 43,
perl-Astro-FITS-CFITSIO will be retired, if it still fails to build.

perl-Alien-CFITSIO was removed from Fedora. I recommend orphanning/retiring
this package too.
