unmaitained bugs

I found some old bugs from F7 and F8, which are still assigned on jpo. I 
suppose these packages were split between us. Could you please look at 
them before heavy automatic cleaning of bugzilla (F7)?

FWIW, I went through and hit "reset to owner/qa of selected component"
for the remaining 5.
