perl-RRD-Simple: arch-dependent testsuite failure

Hi,

I am facing a bizarre build issue with perl-RRD-Simple (A noarch
package)

Locally mockbuild'ing this package succeeds (on FC8/x86_64),
but "make build" fails with a testsuite error.

Scratch building for individual archs in koji results into this:

Building succeeds on x86_64 and ppc64

Building fails with a testsuite error on i386 and ppc

"make build" is being executed on ppc ;)

Any insights?

I am inclined to think there is an implicit dependency on a particular
architecture somewhere, may-be inside of this package's testsuite or in
this package's dependency.
