TODO: update some php-ocramius packages which will raise the dependency
to PHP 7.0, which is ok in rawhide.

php-ocramius-proxy-manager needs a little updating though:
- update to 2.0.2
- add patch to repo

Dependencies on ZF 3 components are not yet available in rawhide.
But I don't want to break rawhide to early.

Just tell me if the review is possible (all the spec are ready in my
repo for update), else I can start to push them in rawhide (ZF main
metapackage will be broken)

More work: I have all the new expressive components ready.

As they are compatible with ZF2, I will submit them to review soon (13
new packages)

Because of a thumb sprain, I will be mostly offline next week (hard to
use the keyboard/mouse).

I've got one more week of serious R&R kicking back on vacation... then I
can start picking these up and fix the php-mysql dependency OwnCloud
rawhide is currently yelling about.

Everything is now built in rawhide.

And we already have 1 package which requires PHP 7.1 ;)

I will wait for tomorrow Koschei result to ensure everything is OK.
