Not right now but it would be *really* useful...

There is already an eclipse-phpeclipse package (not the same thing) 
which might be useful as a model? I imagine the Eclipse packagers could 
help out too.

There are some extra (Eclipse) deps that would have to be packaged too I 
think.

Anyone up for it? I don't have time at the moment unfortunately.
