PHPUnit 4.4.0 released - Review request needed

Hi,

PHPUnit 4.4.0 is released and I plan to import it ASAP in rawhide.

This version have a new dependency on sebastian/global-state

Imported in rawhide.

I plan to push it soon in F21 / EPEL-7,
if Koschei doesn't raise any big issue / regression.
