phpcompatinfo future

Hi,

Some RFE in phpcompatinfo seems very interesting for our use case
(package maintainance and review)

This one is about a new report for missing classes in the source code
analyzed, which should match package dependencies.

=> https://github.com/llaville/php-compat-info/issues/135

This one is about "full reference", which means, allow to load all known
extensions even if not installed / enabled, to produce a better
dependency report.

More eyes, tests, feedback welcome.
