What is the current plan for getting the PHP packages in EPEL-8? Is
there anything we can do to help? I already requested epel8 branch for
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/php-paragonie-constant-time-encoding/tree...,
but PHPUnit and the autoloader package are (still) missing so that won't
work :-)

Mostly everything blocked by https://pagure.io/epel/issue/75

So probably have to wait for 8.1, and (according to modularization
roadmap) probably not before next year...
