Upstream monitoring for composer packages

Hi,

FYI, in http://rpms.famillecollet.com/rpmphp/

You will find a new report "COMPOSER Libraries in Fedora" which provides
a list of all composer packages in Fedora, with upstream tracking.

Notice:

- information is pulled from rawhide,
  for packages which provides php-composer(foo)

- upstream information is pulled from https://packagist.org/
