redis extension v5

Hi,

Redis extension version 5.0.0 is released and introduces some
incompatible changes.

Fedora 29/30 have choice to install php-pecl-redis4 or php-pecl-redis5

Fedora 31 will only have php-pecl-redis5

P.S. requiring the virtual "php-redis" will pull the higher version.
