PHPUnit 7 removal

Hi,

FYI, phpunit7 (and some dependencies) was removed
from rawhide.

This version is no more supported by upstream
and is not compatible with PHP 8.4

So some packages using it are FTBFS because of this

For memory, we have version 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12
in the repository (all active branches)
