Yes, mostly via shadow for <= f25. Starting with Fedora 26 (rawhide),
arm, aarch64, ppc64, ppc64le, i686, and x86_64 are all in the main
koji hub.

the wiki says there hasn't been a PPC meeting since FUDcon 2013.
The IRC channel is active, but the community is small enough that
holding meetings is somewhat superfluous. The mailing list is quiet
but active.

It supports ppc64 with POWER7 and newer, and ppc64le with POWER8 and newer.

At this point OpenPOWER systems are socketed with POWER8 processor
modules. So at the application level IBM and OpenPOWER systems are
compatible.
My team is interested, and IBM is as well. We collaborate on issues
frequently.

Likely testing. There may be other work to do as well.
What, specifically, is Seneca interested in doing with OpenPower?
