It really boils down to help from ppc32 users and that community.  In previous communications, we've asked for people to join the team and help test, verify, and develop ppc32 and have gotten very little response, much less actual help.  All the rpms and stuff is still being built, so that is frankly still a possibility, but as stated earlier, really requires more help than currently is available.
