librsvg2-2.46.0-2.fc30 in F-30 updates broken
Hi all,
we have a problem with librsvg2-2.46.0-2.fc30 build, that's part of the
stable updates repo for about a week. The symptom is a crash of
xfce4-panel or gnome-shell when opening the Applications/Activities
menu. Current idea about the root cause is that something is wrong with
the rust/llvm toolchain used to build it, you can read the details in

The solution for now is to exclude librsvg2 from updating, by appending
"--exclude librsvg2\*" in your "dnf update" command or by
updating /etc/dnf/dnf.conf similarly. Naturally any help with debugging
or resolving this issue is welcome. Impact on F-31+ hasn't been verified
yet.
