Yes, mostly via shadow for <= f25. Starting with Fedora 26 (rawhide),
arm, aarch64, ppc64, ppc64le, i686, and x86_64 are all in the main

really quiet, and the wiki says there hasn't been a PPC meeting since FUDcon 2013.
