Just installed system-config-soundcard-1.2.10-2wm.noarch.rpm and it detected the soundcard
for the first time on my iBook2 G3.
Vendor: Apple Computer Inc.
Model: PowerMac Sound
Module: snd_powermac
But when I press "Play test sound" no sound came out and output'd:
Simple mixer control 'PCM',0
Capabilities: pvolume pvolume-joined
Playback channels: Mono
Limits: Playback 0 - 176
Mono: Playback 132 [75%]

Playing WAVE '/usr/share/system-config-soundcard/sound-sample.wav' : Signed 16 bit
Little Endian, Rate 44100 Hz, Stereo
underrun!!! (at least 0.894 ms long)
Any thoughts?

Gday guys,
A few of you may already know from the previous post, that I was
working on the system-config-soundcard. I lodged this as a bug in
bugzilla <a
href="https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=146357&qu...
here </a> and I have some basic test rpm packages available from my <a
href="http://blog.subverted.net/personal/code/system-config-soundcar...
system</a>.
Although this is entered and assigned in bugzilla, i'd like to know
how this code works, so that I can possibly compare notes with Bastien
Nocera when a fix is made on his end.
The latest are the time of writing are the *2wm rpms, whenever I need
a fix, a newer version will appear.
