Stale PEP 541 request

Hi!

About three weeks ago, I filed a PEP 541 request for rpmautospec in the
PyPI repo[1] – I believe, the name was blocked to prevent squatting –
but so far there is no activity in the ticket other than mine. This
blocks me from doing a release on PyPI (as per the Python Packaging
Guidelines[2]), can anybody from the Python SIG help me out here?
