HEADS UP: Python dist RPM generators switched from "pkg_resources" to "packaging"

Hello Pythonistas,

We have just shipped a medium size implementation chanage of Python dist RPM 
generators (the thing that automatically generates python3.Xdist(...) / 
python3dist(...) requires and provides).

We don't anticipate issues, but if you see some troubles wrt python3.Xdist() or 
  python3dist() dependencies in Fedora 34+, do let me know.
