python3-testrepository and python3-pbr (was: Orphaned packages looking for new maintainers)

Hi Pythonistas,

I wanted to call special attention to the orphaned packages report [1].

python3-pbr depends on this package which several other Python packages 
(especially those in the openstack ecosystem) use. If 
python-testrepository is retired (i.e., if nobody picks it up within the

Beyond python-testrepository, there are several other Python libraries 
that are slated for retirement. Please take a look at the orphaned 
packages report [1] or the representation available on the Packager 
Dashboard [2] and make sure nothing you maintain depends on orphaned 
packages.

It is a test dependency only. I've submitted a PR for python-pbr [1] 
dropping it. It only affects one test.
