3 python packages for Multipart Handler

Hi,

I just notice that we have in Fedora 3 python packages for Multipart
Handler [1] I'm maintainer of python-MultipartPostHandler2 and I think
the package can be orphan and retired later , because now we have one
replacement . The other two I don't know if they do the same or not.

The other two are different than each other.
