The new pypy3 build (running in rawhide and intended for rawhide only) will update from PyPy3.5 7.0.0 to PyPy3.6 7.1.1.

Tox works (we tested it on the CI and Lumír did some sanity checks as well).
If you need this on F29 or F30, feel free to grab it from Copr [2], where it is automatically rebuilt from master.

We will be updating PyPy2.7 to 7.1.1 as well soon.
