Hello.
I'd like to update tox to 3.15.x in Fedora 32, because it has a feature I'd like to use (it works with pyproject.toml+setup.cfg (sans setup.py) projects).
https://tox.readthedocs.io/en/latest/changelog.html#v3-15-0-2020-05-02
The changelog doesn't reveal any breakages, but I'd rather ask here if anybody has a reason not to.
(The updated package builds, installs and works reliably for me.)
Thanks,

I don't see any reason not to, but I do see benefits that it brings to the packaging area. Huge +1 from me to backport it to F32.
