PyPy gains Python 3 support!

Anyone want to package this for Fedora?  It would be a different srpm to
the pypy.srpm since the sources are different, but presumably the
pypy.spec file could be used as a base.

Matej is currently maintaining PyPy in Fedora, so he would probably be the best person to do this.
