There is a larger infra outage scheduled for Wednesday and we're going
to take advantage of that to do an upgrade to production Taskotron. The
big changes are:

  1. Upgrade to F22
  2. fedmsg emission

dev and stg will also be down during the larger outage but no major
changes are planned.
