#1471: please let libatasmart-0.12-1.fc11 into f11!

This build fixes two tiny issues to minimize false positives in devicekit-
disk's disk health status warnings.
The first one is this one:
http://git.0pointer.de/?p=libatasmart.git;a=commitdiff;h=66f3a5f5f6aac2b92b…
This makes sure when judging the health of a disk we only take 'prefail'
SMART attributes into account, not 'old-age'. Only the former are relevant
for health, the latter only tell you that the device is not running under
normal conditions, but that might be unrelated to the health.
The second one is this one:
http://git.0pointer.de/?p=libatasmart.git;a=commitdiff;h=6afdd8b2c56c09ab6d…
Apparently some drives encode reallocated-event-count differently than
others. This caused false positives. We don't need that attribute anyway,
so we better don't check for this at all.
If this is not accepted into F11 people might be whining about Fedora
complaining about their disks while they are not actually bad. Like this
for example:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=495956#c3
Also, the two fixes are trivial, so not much could go wrong.
And of course I have tested this on a couple of SMART disk health blobs
here. Seems to work.

This build contains a minor change that sets antialiased fonts to on by
default. It would be nice to have for f11 and would make Xfce look nicer.

Fixes F11Blocker 488768, pilot-link had a file in /etc/modprobe.d/ without
a .conf extension, causing warning noise on boot. Ivana Varekov did the
fix in rawhide, not realizing that F-11 had been branched, so I commited
the same change on the F-11 branch, did the build and am requesting the
freeze break. :)

#1461: Freeze Exception request: numpy

Milestone: Fedora 11 Final | Component: koji

See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=494113
The build in question is numpy-1.3.0-2.fc11.
The reason I'd like to have this build included in F-11 is that it splits
out f2py as a subpackage, which was requested to help reduce the total
size of the OLPC spin.
This should not be a disruptive change, as a large proportion of the
packaged depending on numpy just depend on numpy, not f2py, and all
dependent packages have had a bug filed against them asking the
maintainers to check if their package really needs f2py, or just numpy,
and be ready to update deps accordingly. I will be going through the
remaining tickets to aid in this process.
If this change is not made, it won't kill any kittens, but the OPLC spin
will be slightly larger for one release cycle.
Testing so far amounts to what has been done in the aforementioned bugs.
The build is done for dist-f11-updates-candidate.

I'd like this tagged for F-11 final.
The 3.7.2-1 build moved from using openssl to gnutls for encryption, so I
switched the buildreqs. However, I missed that it needed to still link
against openssl to migrate some old openssl-encrypted data files. The
entire change in 3.7.2-2 is adding back "BuildRequires: openssl-devel".
This is bug 495813.
