When the package has been created we removed the dist tag to save space. I compared a scratch build in F10 and in rawhide and the size of the package doesn't change so I would like to keep the package without dist tag. The build has been done in F10 and showed up in rawhide but is not available on F11 at the moment. Could this be fix ? It produced the list of packages that will be tagged but the tagging silently failed. So I suppose I don't have permission to do that. However this means a soname bump for tokyocabinet in the F-11 and the dependent mutt package will need to be rebuilt. Please pull tokyocabinet-1.4.32-1.fc11 into F-11 update buildroot so that mutt can be rebuild against it, and the 2 can go in simultaneously as F-11 updates. Updated the mass rebuild SOP

In our continued efforts to avoid project death by raptors, I've updated the mass rebuild SOP, filling in much of the needed information. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mass_Rebuild_SOP There are more SOPs that need to be written and updated, and I will be working on those as time permits. I urge others to document what they do frequently for releng. I don't care about formatting, that can be fixed later. Would it be possible to create a custom build target on Fedora rawhide where I could add new upstream version of OpenSSL (which changes SONAME and thus requires a rebuild of dependencies) and rebuild the dependent packages on this target? After the rebuild the packages would be mass moved to the rawhide tag. This would allow me to start the rebuilds before Alpha unfreeze and also it would avoid shipping SONAME symlink hacks in rawhide. The symlinks would still be necessary as a temporary measure to be able to rebuild the packages but the openssl package with the symlink would never be tagged for rawhide. Version 0.2.1 of cld includes nothing but bug fixes for _major_ bugs (crashes, failure to communicate across network), and needs to get pushed out ASAP. And in general, cld, chunkd and tabled packages are under heavy development, with major bug fixes appearing on a regular basis.
