It seems that we need rust-packaging unblocked so that users can still have rust2rpm to generate spec files . So that at this point we just block all crates but not utilities we maintain for packaging.

Hello everyone,
a new version of Pungi is available! The 4.1.35 build is ready to be
used. There are updates waiting in Bodhi to go to updates-testing.
There are not many exciting news for Fedora though. Here are the
highlights:
* when cloning content from git repos (like comps etc.), the logs will
contain exact commit SHA that was used
* when consuming modules from Koji, Pungi will no longer fill in
details into the modulemd file, and instead get the final file from
Koji as it is uploaded there by MBS
* starting Koji runroot tasks has been refactored a bit, opening the
doors to possible alternative implementations not depending on Koji
Refer to the documentation [0] for details on what configuration
options are available.

Happy composing!

You should be able to do it with this command:
> python push-two-week-atomic.py -k fedora-29 -r 29 --pungi-compose-id Fedora-29-updates-20190401.0

robert reported a new issue against the project: `releng` that you are following:
``
* Describe the issue
The package `libssh` got part of the `rhel-7-{server,workstation}-extras-rpms` repo, however only for the x86_64 architecture, but not for aarch64, ppc64 and ppc64le. Thus it is currently not possible to build e.g. `tmate` for EPEL 7 on all architectures.
As per https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL:Packaging#Limited_Arch_Packages, I would like to import the current RHEL source RPM into EPEL 7 with lower ENVRA, but the `epel7` branch of `libssh` is blocked in Git (and likely also in Koji).
```
! [remote rejected] epel7 -> epel7 (hook declined)
```
