Skipping beta release for Design Suite

Hello team, Due to a bug related to gst-transcoding (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1851649) preventing Pitivi to build, it seems Design Suite will not make it for Beta release as a result. https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=51436186 The focus will be on the final release.
