Hello!
The Pungi development team is pleased to announce the availability of
Pungi 4.4.1. There are updates in Bodhi waiting to be pushed to
updates-testing.
Here are the main changes of 4.4.1:
- OSTree runroot tasks can now install additional packages based on
what is configured in the compose. This patch has been present in the
latest build as backport already.
- When pungi fails to find module metadata on filesystem, it returns a
better error message.
- It is now possible to configure a credentials helper for cloning git
repositories with comps/variants/extra files. This makes it possible to
use data from private repos. There is no default credentials helper
provided though.
- Pungi can now authenticate to CTS with ODCS Client Credentials flow.
To use this functionality, define CTS_OIDC_CLIENT_ID and
CTS_OIDC_CLIENT_SECRET environment variables with proper values.
Big thanks to everyone involved in this release.
Refer to the documentation [1] for details on what configuration
options are available.
