I guess another detail here: this way, `/mnt/koji/compose/metadata-archive` will rapidly get quite large. We *could* split it into directories similar to the series file names - `/mnt/koji/compose/metadata-archive/Fedora-41` etc. - but the drawback is it makes it a bit more finicky to find the metadata you need. It's *easiest* if they're just all in a single big dir and you know you can just go to `https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/metadata-archive/COMPOSEID%60.
