latest F-11 Schedule draft

Please give your careful scrutiny and review to the latest (in a series 
of many :) Fedora 11 schedule.  I believe I captured all the feedback 
from Monday's meeting.... including time lengths for some of the freezes 
as requested by Jesse.

It would be most helpful if you can all review and comment BEFORE Monday 
so I can factor in any other corrections or changes before Monday and we 
can vote and be done then :)

Seems more or less reasonable. I would possibly shrink alpha another
week, but that's not a huge deal. (It gives us a little wiggle room if
it's flaming death.)
