Currently there is no way for developers how to release them. Result images are pushed into candidate-registry.fedoraproject.org by koji.
Different possible solution would be to push images directly into registry.fedoraproject.org by koji for rawhide.

I think running the following playbook https://pagure.io/releng-automation/blob/master/f/ansible/container_rebuild_... just for rawhide would do it, but I am not sure in which state this is currently.
Perhaps it would make sense to have the rawhide compose script move any from candidate to registry on every run?
Yes that's one solution, the second solution is to have a f30c release in bodhi so we can actually create updates for rawhide.
