 Please tag gtkhtml3-3.30.0-1.fc13 and evolution-data-server-2.30.0-1.fc13
 to be available for building in F13, so new evolution-2.30.0 will find
 them. Thanks in advance.

I'm wondering, is it the same if I move those packages to updates/testing
 in admin.fedoraproject.org, which I will do anyway when they all will be
 built, only within one update, not in multiple?

and, to be clear, updates-testing packages are not available in the
 buildroot (if that's what you meant).

it would be better to batch these together in a single update though,
 regardless (since they depend on each other).
