Current Fedora 25 Atomic images are failing to boot

Hi all,

The current F25 Atomic images are failing to boot[1], I never managed to reach
dracut emergency shell in my local box.

Can anyone else also please have a look?

rpm-ostree is broken currently so all of the ostree deliverables should be 
considered such.  
we have a meeting this afternoon US time to try and reslove how to fix things 
for Fedora 25

koji and pungi were patched and updated http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/
taskinfo?taskID=15861183 is a task I ran this morning and we can produce 
ostree repos again.  The main change is to use --new-chroot when invoking mock 
for rpm-ostree tasks it uses systemd-nspawn rather than chroot. the result 
being that the container has a / mount which bubblewrap needs.  ostree 
deliverables should be on track again as of tomorrows composes.

All the Fedora 25 Atomic images: qcow2, vagrant-libvirt,
vagrant-virtualbox are failing to boot.
