Why all are using 26? And this f27 docker wont be used until f27 is out. So, not sure what
you are trying to achieve here.

in fedora.conf we are using 27 (since fedora.conf will be used when the branched composes
start). In fedora-docker.conf we essentially have exactly the same file that is in master
and the f26 branches. This means any changes we make to f26 (because that is the latest
version that is actually running in prod) will be easily applied to master and f27.

Then I would prefer changing them to f27 since that way we dont need to do much changes
when we enable f27 docker.

The only changes would be to `s/26/27` at that point. Until we start using this file in
prod (after f27 release) I'd really prefer to keep them in sync with latest prod so
our patches can be applied cleanly to each branch. Grab me on IRC and we can hash this
out.
