[releng] Issue #8626: Unretire telepathy-salut

aperezbios reported a new issue against the project: `releng` that you are following:

    Name of the package?
    telepathy-salut

    FAS username of the new maintainer?
    aperezbios

    Branches that you need it to be unretired for?
    master (and f31 if that's branched before unretiring)

    Package re-review BZ URL?
    N/A (under 8 weeks since automatic retirement)

    Any extra information?
This is a core dependency of Sugar Desktop. The official maintainer is AWOL. There appears
to be a fix for the FTBFS which has not made it into an upstream release. See

In order to sync that, ask @aperezbios to log out from src.fp.o, and log back in, since
group membership is synced during login.
