However it can't be pushed according to bodhi:
This update has not yet met the minimum testing requirements defined in the Package Update Acceptance Criteria
I believe it was always 7 days for stable release. Could you please fix this discrepancy?

There was a bug in Bodhi that has been fixed you should not see this again

I'm seeing this or a similar bug in the following Fedora 17 update: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2012-5970/ypserv-2.27-2.fc17
After 3 days in updates-testing Bodhi states: "This update has reached 3 days in testing and can be pushed to stable now if the maintainer wishes"
But according the Package Update Acceptance Criteria it's not allowed until it reaches *7* days in testing. Pushing to stable is not possible now, which is right. The only issue is the wrong message.

This has been corrected in the bodhi config.
Perhaps we need schedule items to make sure these config options are changed corrected at the various milestones.
