Meant to do this earlier in the week.  I just wanted to drop a note to
the Rel-Eng'ers with a supporting "attaboy."  Thanks to Jesse and John
for working together on this, and I wanted to encourage any other
release engineering folks to line up areas that might be less than
fully documented or understood and help improve them with SOPs.  It
might even be something you know that someone else does, and you have
no idea how they do it, in which case feel free to make a suggestion
for the queue.
