 There is no librsvg2 in rawhide (f25). It's blocking build of graphviz,
 erlang-p1_mysql and probably other packages in f25, e.g. koji build
 failure:
 http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=13126263

Note in the root log:
 No matching package to install: 'librsvg2-devel'

It doesn't seem there is librsvg2 rawhide (f25) build, but the package
 itself builds fine in rawhide.

I cannot see anything related in the dist-git, so I suppose the librsvg2
 should be available in the rawhide.

Comment:

the package was not showing up in the list of packages to sync to koji due
 to no one at all watching bugzilla.  I added the poc to watch bugs and its
 now in f25.
