[releng] Issue #7114: Add access to do builds in *-infra tags to ignatenkobrain

ignatenkobrain reported a new issue against the project: `releng` that you are following:

In order to proceed with

one package in f26-infra so it could be deployed later. Obviously I will support that
package in there.

Not sure if this is the right way of asking rights, but opening the ticket anyway.

@ignatenkobrain If you can build either a normal build (just f26-updates-candidate is
fine) or scratch build, I can import them into the infra tags if we decide to go with it.
