kevin commented on the pull-request: `Update directory permissions for new RC` that you are following: `` I don't think we want this. ;)
We want to keep the directly closed while we are syncing it. Look at the end and it sets it to 755 once it's done.
We do this because in the past we have started syncing and then people come and are upset because artifact XYZ is missing. But it's not, it's just still syncing. ;)
